2025 中美青年创客大赛(2025 China-U.S. Young Maker Competition),是由中华人民共和国教育部主办,该赛项已纳入“全国普通高校学科竞赛排行榜”。大赛设立中国赛区和美国赛区,其中,中国赛区包括北京、天津、上海、南京、厦门、成都、西安、温州、沈阳、苏州、武汉、深圳、杭州等13个分赛区。温州分赛区自2016年设立以来,浙江工贸职业技术学院已承办了九届比赛,得到了各界的一致认可。为做好2025年中美青年创客大赛温州分赛区选拔赛工作,现将有关事项通知如下:
The 2025 China-U.S. Young Maker Competition, hosted by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, is listed in the “National Ranking of Discipline Competitions for Higher Education Institutions”. The competition is divided into the China Region and the U.S. Region. The China Region comprises 13 sub-competition regions: Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Nanjing, Xiamen, Chengdu, Xi’an, Wenzhou, Shenyang, Suzhou, Wuhan, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou. Since its establishment in 2016, the Wenzhou Sub-Competition Region has been successfully organized by Zhejiang Industry & Trade Vocational College for nine consecutive years, receiving unanimous recognition from all sectors of society. To ensure the smooth organization of the 2025 Wenzhou Sub-Competition Region Selection Competition, the following notices are hereby announced:
一、 赛事组织

二、参赛资格及要求
II. Qualifications and Requirements
中美青年创客大赛对任何中国公民或美国公民、或在中国或美国获得永久合法居留权的个人开放。报名者年龄应在大赛报名起始日时符合18周岁以上或40周岁以下的要求。2025年中美青年创客大赛分为主赛道与职业院校分赛道(分赛道仅针对中国赛区)。
The China-U.S. Young Maker Competition is open to any Chinese or American citizen, or individuals who have obtained permanent legal residency in China or the United States. Applicants should meet the age requirement of being 18 years or older and under 40 years old at the start of the competition registration. The 2025 China-U.S. Young Maker Competition is divided into a main track and a vocational college track (the vocational track is only for the China Region).
(1)以团队形式报名时,团队总人数不得超过5 人(含领队),领队为团队的联系人和代表;
a. When registering as a team, the total number of team members must not exceed 5 people (including the team leader), and the team leader is the contact person and representative of the team.
(2)鼓励主赛道中、美两国选手联合组队;
b. Chinese and American participants are encouraged to form teams in the main track.
(3)职业院校分赛道的团队成员均需为职业院校的全日制在读学生。
c. All team members of the vocational college track must be full-time current students of vocational colleges;
(4)分赛区选拔赛开始前,团队可替换一位或多位成员,领队不可更换;
d. Before the start of the Sub-Competition Region Selection, teams can replace one or more members, but the team leader cannot be replaced.
(5)一名参赛者只可以个人或团队形式参与到一个项目之中;
e. A participant can only participate in one project as an individual or a team.
(6)每个参赛项目可至多有一位指导老师,指导老师不得再以领队或者成员身份参赛;
f. Each participating project can have at most one guiding teacher, who cannot participate as a team leader or member.
(7)参赛个人或团队需在报名时签署中美青年创客大赛参赛者声明,报名成功后则视为参赛个人或团队完全接受本大赛参赛者声明(详见章程里附件 4:中美青年创客大赛参赛者声明);
g. Individual participants or teams must sign the China-U.S. Young Maker Competition Participant Declaration when registering. Successful registration is considered full acceptance of the competition declaration (see Attachment 4: China-U.S. Young Maker Competition Participant Declaration).
(8)本大赛不收取报名费。
h. There is no registration fee for this competition.
三、大赛主题
III. Theme of the Event
大赛以“共创未来”为主题,探索韧性社区、环境教育、低碳环保、食物系统、危机应对、公共卫生、健康福祉、清洁能源、气候变化、绿色交通、循环经济等领域的创新机遇,结合未来思维和设计创新,运用前沿科技和开源工具,打造兼具社会意义和产业价值的“全新产品原型”。鼓励参赛选手应对人工智能的新趋势,开发前瞻性解决方案,推进社会数智化转型,助力全球可持续发展。
The theme of the competition is "Co-Making the Future," exploring innovative opportunities in fields such as resilient communities, environmental education, low-carbon environmental protection, food systems, crisis response, public health, health and well-being, clean energy, climate change, green transportation, and circular economy, by integrating future-oriented thinking, design innovation, cutting-edge technology, and open-source tools to create "new product prototypes" with both social significance and industrial value. Participants are encouraged to address emerging trends in artificial intelligence, develop forward-looking solutions, promote the digital-intelligent transformation of society, and achieve global sustainable development.
四、作品要求
IV. Entry Requirements
1、参赛作品要求 Requirements for the Entries
(1)主题要求:倡导参与者参赛者关注社区、教育、环保、健康、能源、交通等可持续发展领域,结合未来思维和设计创新,运用前沿科技和开源工具,打造兼具社会意义和产业价值的“全新产品原型”。鼓励参赛选手应对人工智能的新趋势,开发前瞻性解决方案,推进社会数智化转型,实现全球可持续发展。
Theme Requirements: Encourage participants to focus on sustainable development sectors such as community, education, environmental protection, health, energy, and transportation, by integrating future-oriented thinking, design innovation, cutting-edge technology, and open-source tools to create "new product prototypes" with both social significance and industrial value. Participants are also encouraged to address emerging trends in artificial intelligence, develop forward-looking solutions, promote the digital-intelligent transformation of society, and achieve global sustainable development.
(2)竞赛创新性要求:大赛注重创客精神,鼓励创新与原创。作品需解决未被充分探索的问题或提出全新解决方案,不能与往届作品或市场现有方案重复。参赛项目须为团队近一年内新创作及未公开发表的作品,能清晰展示分赛区线下选拔赛过程中团队或个人的工作量及进步,提交的作品须在社会及技术层面上实现创新。参赛作品须是在参加中美青年创客大赛之前和期间未经商业化、产品未量产及销售、未获得商业性投资(包括但不限于风险投资机构、天使投资机构、私募基金等投资性的资助、奖励、借贷或股权性投资)、未获得政府政策性投资。分赛区选拔推荐参加总决赛的团队应未进入过往届中美青年创客大赛总决赛、应未获得往届其他教育部赛事白名单赛事的省级(含)以上奖项。大赛工作组和各分赛区选拔赛承办单位将严格对参赛作品进行创新性检索,如发现不符合竞赛规则的作品,将取消其参赛资格。
Innovation Requirements for the Competition: The contest values the maker ethos and encourages innovation and originality. Entries must address under-explored issues or propose novel solutions, and must not replicate entries from previous competitions or existing solutions in the market. The core of the contestants' projects must demonstrate the results of the team's or individual's efforts or joint efforts over the past year, and clearly show the workload and progress of the team or individual during the offline selection process of the sub-competition area. The submitted works must innovate on both the social and technological fronts. Entries must not have been commercialized, mass-produced, or sold before and during the China-U.S. Young Maker Competition, and must not have received commercial investment (including but not limited to venture capital, angel investment, private equity funds, and other investment-related support, rewards, loans, or equity investments), must not have received government policy-based investments. Teams recommended by the Sub-Competition Region selection to participate in the finals must not have advanced to the finals of previous editions of the China-U.S. Young Makers Competition, nor won provincial-level or higher awards in other MOE-approved whitelist competitions from previous years. The competition working group and each regional selection competition organizer will strictly check the innovation of the entries. If any entries are found not complying with the competition rules, their qualification will be cancelled.
(3)作品呈现要求:参赛者需要在分赛区选拔赛阶段完成作品设计工作,制作出可演示的产品原型,且能够充分证明作品的主要工作量是由团队或个人可以完成的,而非实验室或研究机构多年研究成果。作品原型应呈现出可实现的社会创新或技术创新功能。鼓励所展示原型基于开源软件或依托开放标准的软件及技术,使用通用硬件平台,以软硬件结合的方式呈现。鼓励团队展示项目迭代过程(如设计草图、过程方案),而非仅呈现最终成果。最终参加决赛的原型或者模型应尺度恰当,适合在比赛场地展示、组装和搬运。从分赛区预选赛晋级决赛的团队,需要在决赛阶段完成针对产品原型的改进、升级和测试等工作。
Presentation Requirement: Participants are required to complete the design work of their entries during the regional selection round, create a demonstrable product prototype, and provide ample evidence that the main body of work is achievable by the team or individual themselves, rather than being the result of years of research from laboratories or research institutions. The prototype should present achievable social innovation or technological innovation functions. Encourage the displayed prototype to be based on open-source software or rely on open-standard software and technology, use a general hardware platform, and present in a combination of software and hardware. Teams advancing to the finals from the regional preliminary must complete improvements, upgrades, and testing of the product prototype during the finals stage.
(4)技术平台要求:参赛作品应采用可开源的技术,参赛者可自行选择技术平台和使用相应的工具和设备。
Technical Platform Requirement: Entries must utilize open-source technologies. Participants can also choose their technical platform and use corresponding tools and equipment.
2. 知识产权要求 Requirements for Intellectual Property Rights
(1)参赛作品须是团队自主研发拥有完全知识产权的创新成果(如创新成果涉及到相关专利,参赛者须是第一作者),不能是依托于高校、研究机构、企事业单位已有的技术成果。如果参赛作品直接或间接使用到参赛者所属高校、研究机构、企事业单位相关专利或还未确权和公开的技术成果,必须明确声明,并获得专利权人或者主管领导的书面授权。
a. All competition entries must represent original innovations independently developed by the participating teams with full intellectual property rights (if the innovation involves patents, participants must be the first-named inventors). The submissions must not rely on pre-existing technological achievements from universities, research institutions, or corporate entities. If an entry directly or indirectly utilizes patents or undisclosed/unverified technological assets affiliated with the participants' universities, research institutions, or employers, a clear declaration is required, along with written authorization from the patent holder or relevant supervisory written consent.
(2)参赛者必须保证作品的原创性,不得侵犯任何第三方的知识产权或其他权利,且内容符合可适用的法律、法规(包括但不限于中华人民共和国、美利坚合众国的相关法律、法规)。参赛者同意对因侵犯第三方知识产权或其他权利而导致的请求和索赔负全部责任,并保护比赛的主办方、承办方及其代理人并为其辩解,使其不受任何损失赔偿的请求或追诉。
b. Participants must guarantee the originality of the entries and must not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights. Also, the content should comply with applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the United States of America). Participants agree to take full responsibility for requests and claims resulting from the infringement of third-party intellectual property or other rights and protect the competition's organizers, contractors, and their agents and defend them, ensuring they do not suffer any loss compensation requests or prosecutions.
(3)参赛作品的知识产权归参赛者所有,但应适当兼顾到竞赛主办和承办单位的权益。中华人民共和国教育部作为大赛主办单位,中国(教育部) 留学服务中心、清华大学、北京歌华文化发展集团有限公司、中国大学科技园联盟和美有关合作方作为大赛承办单位,拥有在全世界范围内永久免费使用本届参赛作品进行演示、部分或全部出版的权利(不涉及技术细节),大赛承办单位的其他全资子公司也拥有上述权利。如果大赛承办单位以其它目的使用参赛作品,需与参赛团队协商,经参赛团队同意后,签署有关对参赛作品使用的协议。
c. The intellectual property of the entries belongs to the participants, but the rights and interests of the competition's organizers and contractors should be appropriately considered. The Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, as the competition organizer, and the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, Tsinghua University, Beijing Gehua Cultural Development Group, Intel Corporation, and the China University Science Park Alliance, as the competition contractors, have the right to permanently use this competition's entries for demonstrations and partial or complete publications (not involving technical details) within the worldwide scope. Other wholly owned subsidiaries of the competition contractors also have the aforementioned rights. If the competition contractor uses the entries for other purposes, it needs to negotiate with the participant team. After the participant team agrees, they sign an agreement on the use of the entries.
(4)在可适用的法律允许范围内,大赛工作组保留本规则的最终解释权。
d. Within the scope permitted by applicable law, the competition working group reserves the final interpretation right of these rules.

本赛区选拔赛评审委员会在初赛入围的25支(主赛道含中美联队)和8~12支(分赛道)团队中评审出获奖名次。参赛者在比赛中的得分将按照从高到低的顺序排列,以确定以下奖项的获得者:
The selection committee of this region will judge the winning rankings among the 25 (including the Sino-US joint teams in the main track) and 8~12 (sub-track) teams shortlisted in the preliminary round. Participants' scores in the competition will be ranked in descending order to determine the winners of the following awards:
主赛道:1.一等奖1名,奖金10000元;
2.二等奖2名,奖金5000元;
3.三等奖4名,奖金3000元。
其余入围团队为优秀奖。
Main Track:
1st Prize (1 team): RMB ¥10,000
2nd Prize (2 teams): RMB ¥5,000
3rd Prize (4 teams): RMB ¥3,000
The remaining shortlisted teams will receive Excellence Awards.

Matters not specified herein shall be governed by the 2025 China-U.S. Young Maker Competition Rules. The Wenzhou Sub-Competition Region Organizing Committee of the China-U.S. Young Maker Competition reserves the right of final interpretation of the selection competition rules and related matters.
